OPPORTUNITY COST. DO YOU KNOW IT IS?
Sometimes great real estate individual performers do not accurately calculate the opportunity costs for the times they avoided building a team.
Today I’ve spent some time with a couple of real estate professionals on their business growth, which includes questions on branding, content strategy & development, and it naturally led to more questions about what’s needed to dominate their market.
It’s awesome when people can resonate with our approach, frameworks, and messaging.
Did coaching happen? I would say yes.
But was my intent or offering coaching? No.
My focus was on their business growth, which requires personal growth (personal, professional, entrepreneur, leadership, and business operator development).
One of the biggest challenges for individual performers, which most real estate agents and mortgage loan originators are, is that you are in a confusing hybrid business model and organization structure.
I haven’t spoken much about this ^^^ but that is one of the reasons why you can’t see the big picture, struggling to figure out the same questions month after month, and wasting time partnering with the wrong people.
Maybe I should repeat it capitalize and bold that paragraph.
YOU ARE IN A CONFUSING HYBRID BUSINESS MODEL AND ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE…
THAT IS ONE MAIN REASON WHY YOU ARE NOT AN INDUSTRY TOP PERFORMERS.
YOU SIMPLY DO NOT KNOW WHO TO TRUST, HOW TO PARTNER, WHEN TO HIT THE KILL SWITCH, AND WHY THINGS AREN’T WORKING THE WAY IT SHOULD OR COULD.
For the most part, you are operating as an employee with the responsibility of a solo business owner with constraints that you cannot change, companies that don’t really help you succeed, and confusing you with more shiny objects while asking you to not be distracted with shiny objects.
If you still question what I really bring to the table, knowledge, competency, and ability to deliver ultra-fast pace then raise your hands or challenge me.
Soon enough, you’ll be able to hear directly from those that have worked with me directly. I don’t mean heard me speak but got my hands dirty and working together on their businesses.
Oh, one last thing…
